Dear Peter
Thank you for sending the pics of the furniture for me. We are now enjoying using our chairs and table which you have restored so well-just how we wanted them to look. We are very pleased with them and it was interesting to hear from you how you achieved the natural look and colour of the furniture. It is obvious to us just how much time and attention you give to your work and thank you for what you have done for us.
With our best wishes to you and Denise.

Peter is a true craftsman. His repair on a much loved antique table which had been badly damaged by a collapsed ceiling was absolutely astonishing. It was completely invisible, and strengthened by hidden steel pins within the structure of the smashed leg.
He has also restored a music cupboard for me which belonged to my grandmother. This too was an exemplary piece of craftsmanship.
He's a friendly, reliable person, a pleasure to do business with.

Dear Denise and Peter,
Thank you for all the work you did for us which looks superb. We would recommend you to anyone who might need your services.
It was also a real enjoyment to have such lovely people in our house to do the work.

Hi Peter,
The piano just arrived. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful it is, you have done an absolutely splendid job of restoring it. As you know, this piano has been in my family at least 100 years and I am sure everyone will be very pleased to see the result. Many thanks on behalf of us all.
I am pleased that you would include a picture of the piano on your website, I shall look forward to see that.
kind regards

I recently asked Pete and Denise Symington to restore my 92 year old fathers Windsor chair as a surprise Chirstmas present for him, he had been saying it was something he really ought to do but had never got around to.
It is a precious but frankly battered and previously very crudely repaired chair by unskilled members of the family over the generations. What an amazing, beautiful chair that was returned to me, lovingly restored to it’s full glory and any old bad repairs were now invisible. It is now a truly beautiful piece of furniture restored to is natural beauty the workmanship is wonderful.
We hid it until the morning of Christmas having wrapped it up as best we could. With all the family round having opened all their presents we brought the chair in for him. My father looked at it, speechless for a while, then it dawned on him where the chair had come from and then he was completely overcome and clearly delighted at seeing the old faithful chair looking so beautiful again. He grew up on an old Grange in Wiltshire as a boy where is sat in the kitchen and subsequently the kitchen I grew up in as a girl so sentimental to the family for many reasons not least of all as it’s the chair my mother often sat in before she died some 20 years ago now at Christmas.
Thank you to Pete and Denise, a spectacularly special gift to have been able to give my dad, he is absolutely delighted.”
