My name is Peter and I am City & Guilds trained in Furniture Restoration and have been a restorer for over 30 years.  I have 15 years of experience working for one of the largest Antique Exporters in the South of England and have always been interested in the history of antiques since I was a young boy.

We are a small family run business where my wife and I work from home on the edge of Dartmoor.

Our expertise lies in Fine, Period & French Furniture covering all aspects of repair from veneer replacement, inlay repairs, turnings, carving, colour management and refinishing.  We cover basic upholstery, desk leathers including tooling, repairs to inlays, restoration to doors, staircases and fitted furniture within your home.  

 

We restore from the smallest of items to four poster beds!

We use traditional finishes such as french polish and wax to sympathetically match the original finish together with industrial lacquers for the everyday functional items such as kitchen tables & modern furniture.
